【原文摘要】

本研究利用电子探针成分分析(EPMA),X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜组织观察(SEM)和透射电镜组织观察(TEM)等技术建立了Co-Ti-Re三元系在800,1000,1100,和1200℃的等温截面相图。实验结果表明:新发现的τ相在四个等温截面下均具有较大的固溶度,其结构有待于进一步研究。Re在CoTi相中固溶度很大。在800,100和1100℃时,Re在Co3Ti相中的固溶度分别是6.1%,8.7%和7.7%。本研究结果可为Co基高温合金的合金设计和Co-Ti-Re三元系的热力学计算提供实验信息。
